Corporate Profile

High Performance.
Low Impact.
Shared Value.

We believe the next generation of digital infrastructure should deliver more than capacity. It should perform at the highest technical standards, use resources intelligently, strengthen the communities around it, adapt to the future of compute and create enduring value for customers and investors.

A better data center should be better for everyone it touches.

Design Philosophy

Designed for the
Next Generation of Compute

The infrastructure requirements of AI are evolving rapidly. Rack densities are increasing. Cooling is moving from air toward liquid. Electrical architectures are changing. Successive generations of GPUs demand significantly greater power, cooling and network capability.

We therefore design our campuses around adaptability rather than a single generation of hardware — electrical distribution, cooling systems, data hall layouts and supporting infrastructure are planned with future rack densities and next-generation compute platforms in mind.

Infrastructure built today should remain relevant to the compute platforms of tomorrow.

Investment Thesis

Changing the
Cost Curve

We do not believe sustainability and investment performance are competing objectives.

Our ambition is to translate efficiency gains into more competitive colocation economics and, where we participate in compute infrastructure, a lower cost of GPU compute — while improving the productivity and return of invested capital.

The objective is to change the underlying cost curve so that both customers and investors improve together.

How We Work

Experience That
Stays Close to
the Work

Our culture is built around four principles:

Passion
Commitment
Involvement
Ownership

At Coresphere, we believe critical infrastructure cannot be developed from a distance.

The people responsible for major decisions remain engaged throughout the development lifecycle — from site selection, power and connectivity through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations.

We believe experience matters most when it remains connected to execution.

Our culture is built around four principles: Passion. Commitment. Involvement. Ownership.

01

PASSION

We care deeply about what we are building and continually look for ways to make it better.

We are building infrastructure for an industry that is changing the world. We bring curiosity, energy and ambition to that responsibility.

02

COMMITMENT

We follow through — from the first development decision to the long-term performance of the completed campus.

From the earliest development decision to the operation of the completed campus, we remain focused on delivering what we said we would deliver.

03

INVOLVEMENT

Leadership stays close to the detail, the engineering, the customer and the operation.

We believe the people responsible for outcomes should stay close to the work — managing from a distance is not how great infrastructure gets built.

04

OWNERSHIP

We make decisions as if the infrastructure were our own — because resilience, efficiency and capital discipline matter more than short-term appearances.

Long-term performance, resilience and capital efficiency matter more than short-term appearances. We build for the asset's lifetime, not for the moment.

Building What Comes Next

Building the People
Who Will Build the Future

The growth of AI and digital infrastructure is creating demand for specialised skills faster than the industry can currently develop them. Coresphere believes infrastructure development should also create human capability.

That is why our long-term development philosophy is to establish an on-site Data Center Training Campus at every major Coresphere campus — developed in collaboration with local governments, universities, vocational and technical institutions, technology partners and the communities surrounding our developments.

Our aim is to combine technical education with exposure to real operating infrastructure — allowing participants to understand how modern AI data centers are designed, constructed, commissioned and operated.

“We want the communities around our campuses not only to host digital infrastructure, but to participate in the industry it creates.”

Impact

From Infrastructure
to Opportunity

A data center can create value far beyond the boundaries of the site. Through our Data Center Training Campuses, we aim to create practical pathways from education into employment, develop local technical capability and help build a deeper talent pool for the digital infrastructure industry.

Over time, these campuses can also become platforms for collaboration between industry, government and education — supporting training, research, certification, innovation and continuous professional development.

Our ambition is not simply to develop the infrastructure required for the next generation of computing. We want to help develop the people who will operate, improve and eventually lead it.

We've Done It. We Stay Involved.
We Build What Comes Next.

Experience should create

confidence.

Involvement should create

accountability.

Success should create

opportunity for the next generation.

We've done it. We stay involved. And we are building the next generation who will carry it forward.

Our Commitments

Infrastructure With a Wider Purpose

AI and digital infrastructure will become an increasingly important foundation of the global economy. The companies developing that infrastructure carry responsibilities that extend beyond the data hall.

🏗️

Built to Belong

Data centers are critical infrastructure, but they do not need to feel like industrial intrusions. We design our campuses to sit thoughtfully within their surroundings, with deliberate investment in architecture, landscape, hardscape and blue-green infrastructure. Buildings, plant and security infrastructure are screened wherever practical, while landscaped setbacks and carefully planned perimeter zones create a natural transition between our campuses and neighbouring communities.

It is to create infrastructure that belongs to its environment.

🤝

A Good Neighbour by Design

The impact of a data center does not end at its boundary. We recognise that cooling equipment, transformers, backup generators, traffic and construction activity can affect surrounding communities. Our campuses incorporate landscaped buffers together with engineered acoustic solutions — equipment positioning, acoustic barriers, berms, high-performance generator enclosures and exhaust attenuation.

Mission-critical infrastructure and responsible development should never be mutually exclusive.

🎓

Building the People Who Will Build the Future

Digital infrastructure is expanding faster than the pool of people trained to design, build and operate it. Our vision is for every major Coresphere campus to include a dedicated Coresphere Data Center Academy — working with universities, technical institutions and industry partners, combining education with exposure to real operating infrastructure. We want the communities surrounding our campuses to have the opportunity to participate in the industry being built around them.

Infrastructure built for the future should develop the people who will run it.

🌡️

Engineering for Tropical Performance

Building highly efficient, high-density AI infrastructure in tropical climates requires a different engineering approach. Coresphere invests in R&D to continuously improve cooling architecture, electrical efficiency, thermal management, liquid-cooling integration, water management and overall campus design — reducing the energy required to support every unit of IT capacity while maintaining mission-critical resilience.

Efficiency is not a marketing target. It is an engineering discipline.

🛡️

Resilience From the Ground Up

Reliability begins long before servers arrive. We evaluate power, flooding, extreme weather, water availability, geotechnical conditions, connectivity and other site-specific risks from the earliest stages of development. Our campuses are designed for the conditions they may face throughout their operating lives — not simply the conditions that exist on the day they are built.

Resilience is designed in, not added later.

💧

Water With Purpose

In a tropical environment, water must be treated as a valuable resource. Our approach is to minimise potable-water dependency wherever technically and economically practical. Retention areas, bioswales, rainwater management, stormwater landscapes and closed-loop systems form part of both the engineering and the landscape architecture of every campus. Good design should make infrastructure more efficient as well as more beautiful.

Good design should make infrastructure more efficient as well as more beautiful.

Our Ambition

We want to build campuses that are resilient, efficient and commercially successful. Campuses that respect the communities around them. Campuses that develop local skills and talent. Campuses that consume resources intelligently. Campuses that evolve with the next generation of compute.

That is the kind of data center company we intend Coresphere to be.
